**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**QuESH**: Quality, Environment Safety & Health.
We are currently recruiting for an ESH Coordinator to join our team based on the 3Rd Floor - Belmont House, Belmont Road in Uxbridge, London, UB8 1HE.
**Job Type**: Permanent - Full Time.
**Pay Rate**: Up to £27,500 per annum dependent upon experience.
**Working Hours**: 40 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday normally 09.00 Hrs to 17.30 Hrs.
**Start Date**: Immediately.
**Role Summary**:
This role reports to the QuESH Director and will play an active role in providing day-to-day QuESH support as well as continuous review of opportunities for improvement. The role will require a high quality of health and safety administrative support.
**Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include**:
- Coordination and administration of QuESH related certifications, memberships and accreditations
- Coordination and administration of the accident and incident register and its accompanying data
- General administrative duties, including maintenance of document library
- Support coordinating and administering of the Company's Permit-to-Work system
- Support in the coordination of QuESH training across all business units, as required
- Collation, inputting and report of KPI data
- Support the QuESH Director in the coordination of new contract mobilisations, as required
- Support the QuESH Director with the undertaking ESH site inspections, and coordination of the evidence and data
- Ensure compliance with QuESH best practice, making improvement recommendations and implement as required
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Proven Health & Safety administration experience, preferably within a multi-site fast-paced service-industry such as Facilities Management, Retail, Hospitality etc.
- Having IOSH Managing Safely certification would be advantageous, but not essential
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability write reports, compliance and engagement communications and comfortable with delivering QuESH-related training
- Excellent skills in building relationships and developing partnerships across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven record of being responsive and innovative.
- Have an adaptable and flexible approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure with a common-sense approach.
- Ability to work in a team as well as an individual.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and administration skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values.
