Cross Border and Ecommerce Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Cross Border and eCommerce Coordinator for a well established Heathrow based Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Slough area.

**Purpose of role**

Under the direction of the Cross Border Manager the Coordinator will be responsible with supporting the team on coordination and communication of shipments.

**Responsibilities**:
This person will be responsible for the following
- Co-ordination of trailers into Rotterdam warehouse
- Tracking of vehicles from arrival port into warehouse
- Sending paperwork to warehouse
- Communicating with warehouse and Rotterdam cross border team
- Notification to customs team or WDS to arrive entries
- Assist in monitoring the close off of T1’s
- Assist in creating invoicing and other admin tasks
- Assist in creating CMR paperwork

**Person Specification / Key Attributes**
- Strong Communicator, Coordinator and Administrator
- Accurate and focused worker
- Some experience in freight
- Must be well organized and work towards tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work across countries and disciplines
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment as a team player
