Our client, a high growth and innovative FMCG brand, is seeking a Senior eCommerce Executive to play a pivotal role in driving performance across Amazon and TikTok Shop. This opportunity is ideal for someone with solid experience in eCommerce or digital account management who's ready to take ownership, lead key initiatives, and contribute strategically to the brand's digital growth. Reporting to the Growth Manager, you'll manage day to day trading performance, optimise advertising and content, and collaborate across teams to deliver best-in-class execution and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Growth Manager to shape and implement profitable eCommerce growth strategies across Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  • Identify new opportunities within D2C, cross-border, and CRM channels for future expansion.
  • Lead weekly performance reviews, delivering actionable insights to optimise sales, conversion, and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs across advertising, content, and operations to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Own AMS, Citrus Ads, and TikTok campaigns - managing keyword optimisation, budget pacing, and creative testing.
  • Brief and oversee the creation of high-performing assets for PDPs, A+ content, Brand Stores, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock availability and accurate forecasting across platforms.
  • Minimise out-of-stocks and manage replenishment planning to support promotional activity and seasonality.
  • Conduct competitor and category analysis to uncover emerging trends and white-space opportunities.
  • Contribute to new product launch planning and innovation roadmaps.
  • Resolve trading or compliance issues efficiently to minimise disruption.
  • Maintain high standards of execution across listings, pricing, and brand representation.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years' experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, or digital trading within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
  • Hands on experience with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central; TikTok Shop experience advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data driven mindset.
  • Confident communicator able to influence cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
