CREATIVITY IS OUR SUPERPOWER.
It's our heritage and it's also our future. Because we don't just make toys. We create innovative products and experiences that inspire, entertain and develop children through play. Mattel is at its best when every member of our team feels respected, included, and heard—when everyone can show up as themselves and do their best work every day. We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.
The Team:
With the rapid growth of eCommerce and Amazon, Mattel has evolved its operating model, team structure, and brand strategy to win in this dynamic space — becoming a trusted partner and achieving sales growth well ahead of market trends.
The Mattel Amazon Team operates as a dedicated regional hub within Europe, organized in a matrix structure with specialized functions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. Our team spans across key markets including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, and Türkiye.
In addition to managing Amazon across the region, we lead the marketplace strategy and serve as a center of excellence for all things eCommerce — driving innovation, best practices, and performance.
Over the past few years, our sales organisation has gone through a significant transformation around centralisation, and we have formed a new Regional Sales Team that manages Amazon relationships at EMEA level. In collaboration with Amazon, we've structured our partnership around key strategic and operational pillars, covering all EU10 markets.
We always strive to challenge and re-invent our ways of operating to ensure we continue winning in the eCom space – if you're motivated by this challenge then come and join us
