Attendance Assistant Permanent position, part time, 22 hours per week. NJC pay grade 3 Scale point 5-6. Term time only plus 1 week. Actual annual pay for 22 hours per week is £12,650 to £12,851 (Full time equivalent £24,790 to £25,183). Outwood Academy Easingwold requires an Attendance Assistant to provide administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies to fulfil our responsibility in the improvement and sustainability of attendance in our academy. Owing to the nature of the role, an ability to relate to the academy’s students and their parents/carers in a positive and proactive way is crucial. Strong IT skills and practical experience of using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, are essential for this role. Experience within a school attendance role is advantageous but not essential.
