**Job Brief**

The goal is to organize successful training courses that will ensure the engagement of participants and facilitate the completion of learning objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the manager.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of events, including planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Be a host at every event representing the company and welcoming people and connecting them to each other and the business. Referring attendees to the right department and person in the business for specific product queries.
- Understand the requirements and learning objectives for each course.
- Set up the venue for each course.
- Organize lunch and refreshments.
- Sought after appropriate decorations for the course, paying high attention to detail (flowers etc.).
- Check the videography plan with the manager and ensure the videographer completes the correct tasks on the day.
- Order tools, materials and equipment.
- Maintain, keep track of stock and organise tools, materials and equipment.
- Do final checks on the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards.
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
- Evaluate the event’s success and submit reports.
- Create course certification with assistance from the manager.
- Organize contents of MediMatch bags.
- Follow up with delegates on how the event was and ensure we get them as lab customers or offer them other products.

Full-time or part-time will both be considered *note: wages advertised are for full-time, part-time will result in wages adjusted accordingly. Please note that events mainly take place on Saturdays (some Sundays, Fridays and Tuesdays). We currently run 2-4 events each month, but we will aim to increase this to one event every week.

2 years in the dental field

**Salary**: £25-£30k gross annual salary

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Event Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental assisting: 1 year (required)
