**What You’ll Do**
You’ll provide efficient administrative and operational support to the customer service and sales team, ensuring smooth processing of customer orders, inquiries, and issue resolution.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately into the Unleashed ERP system.
- Prepare and send customer quotations based on standardised pricing and templates.
- Assist in onboarding new customers by setting up accounts and handling documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders, delivery statuses, and customer updates.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Generate standard customer reports as requested by the sales team or management.
- Log and escalate customer complaints or issues to the appropriate team member for resolution.
- Maintain product information and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation is available to the team.
- Review and verify shipping documents and order accuracy, ensure dispatch notes are collated and processed correctly in preparation for invoicing
- Work closely with stock controller to ensure stock is present on ERP to allow for timely dispatch of items
