You have a talent for writing clear, concise, compelling bid content perfectly articulating your company’s value proposition, experience and delivery approach while ensuring compliance with all content requirements and guidelines. You pay high attention to detail, making sure all your content is grammatically correct and error free.
You are comfortable working on multiple written proposals simultaneously, re-writing and editing bid responses from a variety of technical stakeholders and developing written responses with a consistent tone of voice and style.
You are an excellent communicator: clear and precise with your Business English yet able to maintain a universal style that is accessible to a variety of people at all levels of technical expertise. As a wordsmith, you describe the core tenets of Information Technology, including cloud computing, software development, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and more, with aplomb.
Your experience as a bid or proposal writer - whether in the Software & IT Service Industry or other field - means you always produce content of the highest quality. You also love to find new ways of changing the script; improving the bid writing process and proposing new and innovative ideas or win themes.
You thrive when leading storyboard sessions and can balance marketing, technical and rhetorical information with ease.
