Sales and Estimating Administrator

**The Company**

Formed in 2013, Tank Consult is based in South Yorkshire, we have over 40 years expertise in the design and construction of reinforced concrete, insitu poured circular and square tanks manufacture, des and manufacture and installation of Glass Coated, Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coated, Stainless Steel and Galvanised Bolted steel tanks and we are also the UK & Ireland distributor for JSF Aluroofs®, who design and manufacture dome and all kinds of aluminium roofs. The water industry sector has £100B to spend in the next 10 years and we are at the forefront of what’s required to support the design and construction of part of the utilities infrastructure to deliver this.

We are currently looking for a Sales and Estimating Administrator to join our team on and work from our offices based in Thurnscoe near Doncaster / Rotherham on a full-time basis, working 41.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**The Role**

As a Sales and Estimating Administrator, you will produce accurate quotes to support our sales process and enable us to win more business.

Ensuring timely and exceptional customer service at every step of the pre-sales journey, you will leave a lasting impression on our potential clients.

Developing an in-depth understanding of our products and processes, you will convert quotes into purchase orders, whilst adhering to all internal procedures.

Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, you will consistently meet agreed timelines.

Additionally, you will:

- Request GA drawings and documentation packages
- Administer and progress customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Identify and act on opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell

**About You**

To be considered as a Sales and Estimating Administrator, you will need:

- Experience working in estimating, sales and/or administration within a Mechanical/Construction environment
- Experience delivering great customer service
- An understanding of pricing and margins
- To be customer focused with excellent networking and communication skills
- Outgoing and able to build and develop relationships
