Junior Estimator/roofing Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery Coordination**:

- Manage and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient supply of materials to job sites.
- Communicate with suppliers and site managers to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues.
- **Stock Management**:

- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring all necessary materials are available for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Order roofing materials and supplies, tracking inventory to prevent shortages.
- **Estimating**:

- Assist in preparing accurate and detailed estimates for roofing projects.
- Work with senior estimators to gather necessary information and documentation for project bids.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with the preparation and submission of project reports and documentation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or roofing industry is desirable.
- Experience with inventory management and estimating is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of roofing materials and construction processes is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and develop industry-specific knowledge.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Driver's License**: Valid UK driving license preferred.
- **Right to Work**: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
