We are currently seeking a motivated and organized graduate to join our office staff as a Graduate Estimator. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to develop a rewarding career in the construction and roofing industry. You will play a crucial role in coordinating deliveries, managing and ordering stock, and assisting with estimating projects, all within a supportive and close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
**Delivery Coordination**:

- Manage and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient supply of materials to job sites.
- Communicate with suppliers and site managers to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues.

**Stock Management**:

- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring all necessary materials are available for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Order roofing materials and supplies, tracking inventory to prevent shortages.

**Estimating**:

- Assist in preparing accurate and detailed estimates for roofing projects.
- Work closely with senior estimators to gather necessary information and documentation for project bids.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with the preparation and submission of project reports and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:
**Education**:

- Recent graduate in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

**Skills**:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eagerness to learn and develop industry-specific knowledge.

**Experience**:

- No prior experience required; however, any internships or part-time roles in construction, logistics, or administrative support are advantageous.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid UK driving license preferred but not essential.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
