**The Role**
As an Area Sales Manager, you will work to increase our client base and maintain current accounts for our Engineered Products Division across the North of England and Wales.
You will use our brand as a key selling point, utilising our quality product offerings to support new client acquisition and lead conversion. Positioning us as the supplier of choice for the engineered timber and construction sectors, you will work as partof the wider UK Sales Team and seek to achieve KPIs and targets.
Additionally, you will:

- Develop and nurture strong client relationships
- Ensure outstanding customer service and tech support are delivered
- Create a pipeline of potential new clients
- Update and maintain our CRM system and track progress and targets
- Support new product development and assist with product launches
- Develop and review training programmes ensuring they meet customer needs
**About You**
To be considered as an Area Sales Manager, you will need:

- Previous sales experience
- A demonstrable track record of consistent sales and an understanding of the Engineered Products market
- Exceptional commercial acumen with a good standard of numeracy and literacy
- The ability to present confidently and communicate at all levels
- IT skills including Word, Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- A full, valid driving licence
- At a minimum, a degree and/or higher level education
