**Parts Sales Manager**

**West Wales or home based**

This fast-growing industrial technology business is growing fast and is a UK leader in its sector. Their success is due to a focus on customers and continual investment in their staff and the business. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small team of parts-sales specialists.
- Coach, train and inspire team members.
- Help build a parts website for online sales.
- Manage pricing and margin contribution.
- Innovate new ways to generate more sales and build long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure use of CRM across the team
- Analysis and reporting of sales information and forecasting.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Sales management experience ideally of a telephone/ecommerce focussed team.
- Good people management and leadership skills
- Experience of building an online sales presence would be beneficial.
- Driven and ambitious.
- Experience of parts sales in an engineering focussed business.
- Highly organised with a good eye for detail.
- Process driven and able to continually improve efficiency.
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate and support others across the business.
- Good IT skills.
- Strong verbal, written and numeric skills.
