Tudor Employment are thrilled to be working with a returning client to recruit for a Production Administrator based in Wednesbury. The client is well established in the aerospace supply chain, manufacturing critical components.
You will work alongside a small team to administer the production process: raising process instruction sheets, delivery notes and other vital functions.
This is a full time, temporary to permanent opportunity.
Are you the right person for this role? The desired Administrator will:
- Have previous administrative experience
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Office and other bespoke computer software
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to employment immediately
- Access to your own vehicle would be advantageous due to limited transport in the immediate area
What will I be doing? Duties of the Administrator will include:
- Raising process instruction sheet for production from customer orders
- Raising delivery notes following completion of orders
- Booking and arranging transport courier collections/deliveries
- Compiling production packs for sales invoice processing
- Placing orders of day-to-day supplies
- Liaising with customers/supplies
- Other general administration tasks
What are the hours of work?
This is a full time, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm with 30 minute break.
What is the rate of pay?
The role will be paid at a rate of £10.59 initially, rising to £11.09 per hour upon completion of the 12 temporary-to-permanent period.
