**Context and Purpose of the role**:
The role of the **Wholesale Intern** is to support the wholesale team with driving sustainable growth across all distribution channels.

They are an enthusiastic, commercially minded and proactive individual, who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. They will have an interest in fashion wholesale and will be eager to learn about the brand.

This person will have the opportunity to gain detailed knowledge of the wholesale business by shadowing all team members and providing day-to-day support where needed.

They will act as a brand ambassador while respecting the company’s values.

They will report to one of the Strategic Channel Managers, however, will support across all channels.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Generate weekly stock lists and support National Account Managers and Account Managers with driving weekly re-orders.
- Support all channels with product info sheets and imagery uploads for key accounts.
- Help with preparing off-price deals, including generating stocklists and following up on orders.
- Ad hoc support for all NAMs and Ams, as and when required. Including order entry, order reconciliations, sample management etc.
- Clearance - support Wholesale Director from an administrative perspective to clear excess stock through dedicated partners.
- Work alongside Lacoste Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure seasonal brand guidelines are shared with accounts and seasonal imagery is updated. Other opportunities within this remit could also include assisting with marketing launches and supporting sales team during staff training sessions.
- Conducting reviews of the UK market via store visits.
- Assist with market/showroom set up and sales appointments.
- Be fully responsible for the management of the B2B platform and to be the key contact for B2B customers. Answering queries appropriately and in a timely manner.

**Essential Criteria**:

- A keen interest in premium fashion and fashion wholesale.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Autonomous self-starter, intuitive and proactive.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
