The Role

As the International Wholesale Manager, you'll be at the heart of expanding global brand reach. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role driving international sales growth across key fashion and lifestyle markets.

You'll lead and nurture global wholesale partnerships, identify new opportunities across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, and collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to bring the brands' stories to life worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute international wholesale strategies across multiple brands and territories.

Manage existing key accounts and distributors, ensuring strong relationships and sustainable growth.

Identify and open new market opportunities, from Europe to the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and marketing teams to align global brand strategy.

Negotiate commercial terms, manage budgets, and deliver against ambitious sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance to inform business strategy.

Represent the brands at global trade shows, showrooms, and market weeks.

About You

Have a premium fashion brand background

Proven experience in international wholesale or export sales within the fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear sector.

Strong global market knowledge and established relationships with distributors and key retail partners.

A natural brand builder with a commercial mindset and a passion for lifestyle and fashion culture.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Confident working across multiple brands, categories, and regions.

Agile, proactive, and excited by global travel and cross-cultural collaboration.
