We are currently looking for a Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to join our eclectic and dynamic Supply Chain and Logistics team.

This is a full-time, permanent role**:Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30,** based in our South London office in Herne Hill.

**Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK. There is currently no Visa sponsorship for this role.**

**PRIMARY PURPOSE**

The primary purpose of this role is to monitor and manage inventories, and support with the forecasting of sales and production levels, working with factories, owned warehouses and third-parties, as well as supporting logístical and haulier projects.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

**- Inventory control and management**:

- Minimise wastage and out of stock exposure.
- Daily stock reconciliation with 3rdparty warehouses.

**- Demand Forecasting and Planning**:

- Analyse available data to make informed decisions.
- Keeping ahead of any seasonal considerations or any other changes that could impact customer demand.

**- Purchasing Planning**:

- Ensure optimal service levels with customers whilst working within factories and hauliers’ restrictions.

**- Transport Planning**:

- To maximise transport utilisations and minimise transport costs to remain within budget.

**- Administration**:

- PO, SO and CO order processing within NAV
- Check invoices of 3rd parties, as required, highlighting any discrepancies.
- Process & file necessary documentation to support Customs clearance.
- Manage, process & complete any claim relating linked to logistics (eg: temperature abuse, load contamination, quality assurance, etc )

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Demand and supply planning understanding within food or FMCG business
- Excel & NAV experience in a supply chain environment, is an advantage;
- Proven experience of successful interaction with key stakeholders, both internal and external (third party suppliers)
- Demonstration of effective cross-functional working to achieve result;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities will change and need to be acted on quickly;
- High level of logical thought used in problem solving;
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually;
- Ability to deal with data from various sources and use it to make business decisions;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Salary: £25,000 - £34,000 per annum**
