Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeRef: 23049Your New Job Title: Logistics Order CoordinatorClick to see more similar jobsThe Skills You'll Need: Logistics, strong Excel, customer service, stock control, 3PLYour New Salary: £30K per annum plus bonus and excellent benefitsWorking hours: 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday with one hour for lunchLocation: Central London (Office based role)Who You'll Be Working for:Working with in the Logistics Team interacting internally with various departments along with our Third Party Warehouse and other UK Merchants.To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:Have logistics or order administration experience in an office-based environment.Have a visa to work in the UK for more than two years.Logistics Order Coordinator - What You'll be Doing Each Day:Manage the inbound delivery and collection process of customer owned stock from other UK MerchantsAssisting with Customer Reserve ManagementLanding stock once arrived onto the AX systemBook to Book system reconciliationConsult with other Wine Merchants to obtain values/invoices for wine purchased outside of the companyHelp support the Export area for holidays/sicknessHandling of stock related queriesLiaise with third party warehousesRaising, amending & receipting transfers, return orders, uplifts and purchase ordersObtain invoices for customer wine bought from other MerchantsMaintain transactional recordsLogistics Order Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:A background in order administration or LogisticsPrevious experience working with a 3PLUniversity graduate level or equivalent experienceEnthusiastic and keen to learnAnalytical and numericGood attention to detail and organisedKnowledge of Microsoft Office and especially strong skills with ExcelExperience of using ERP systems beneficial but training giveWe would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
