We are growing our research and insights team, providing consulting and insight capabilities for both our internal agencies and our clients
As an **Insights Executive, **you will work across a range of sectors, with a particular focus in healthcare, helping clients and teams to derive insight from data and better understand their business impact.
You will closely work with the senior team to **manage fieldwork, analysing primary and secondary data and designing presentations**
At The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) we work with an international blue-chip client base across business categories with a particular strength in healthcare. Our business is made up of six divisions**:WRG, Forty1, Logicearth Learning Services, Axiom, Cormis & Just Communicate.**
This role sits within Axiom a division of TCEG. You will be supported and mentored by our Insights Manager, working collaboratively across all our agencies, with close collaboration with Axiom, the strategic healthcare communications agency within TCEG.
**Location**
You will be joining our Manchester based team, with the opportunity to work flexibility between both the office and from home.
**What you’ll be doing**
As we build the insights team, no two days will be the same. However, key activities you can expect in this role will include:

- Conducting **desk research** to support internal teams, and for pitches, proposals and business development
- **Project Management**; creating, communicating and managing timelines and budgets, effectively engaging and managing client and agency workstreams and ensuring milestones are met
- **Delivering business insight;** supporting on white papers, articles and social media content to build a thought leadership position in the healthcare landscape. Involvement in desk research for pitches and proposals
- **Fostering a fun and nurturing team environment;** ensuring clarity, providing positive and practical attitude, managing failures with a learning mindset and encouragement, sharing and recognising individuals and team successes

**Requirements**:

- have a scientific degree (2:1 or above)
- have prior research experience
- be a strong team player
- have strong communication skills with a commitment to client service
- have a a highly organised and proactive approach
- have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- have the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
