Our client are the UK Market Leader in their industry and are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer on a Part Time Basis based from Farnham, Surrey with some flexibility to work from home Up to 25 - 30 hours a week (Part Time)

**Description**

As the Payroll Officer (Part Time) you will be responsible for
- Processing 900+ employees with multi sites
- Running and processing the payroll using Fourth (the payroll system), twice a month - Pay 8th and Pay 31st
- Reconciliation of payroll including SMP, SSP, SPP, Childcare Vouchers, Pensions and any other details
- Manage and produce all payroll documentation including payslips, P45s and P60s
- Answer all payroll queries after payroll has processed
- Manage and check all minimum wage uplifts
- Manage and arrange Pension contribution payments
- Manage the Direct earnings attachment, referral programme and ad hoc payments
- Any ad hoc payroll reporting
- Communicate effectively with all Regional Directors, General Manager and Head Office Department Heads

- Payroll experience essential, experience within the Leisure and Hospitality industries would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience using Fourth payroll system, preferred but not essential
- Proven IT skills - MS Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptionally good with detail
- Ability to work to deadlines at a fast paced environment

**Job Offer**
- £28,000 - £35,000 pro rata
- Part time hours 25-30 hours
- Hybrid working from office and home available
