**The Role - Behaviour Mentor
**For this role, I am actively recruiting for a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor who can work on a 1:1 or group basis. The role will require you to work closely with students who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum and have Complex Needsand challenging behaviour. You will need to build a rapport with the students by working closely with them, providing academic and emotional support as well as encouraging them to take an independent approach to their learning. Due to the needs of the students,the ideal Behaviour Mentor will need to have experience working with children or young people who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum and have Complex Needs or challenging behaviour.
**ASD School - Behaviour Mentor
**This thriving ASD school is located in Uxbridge, Hillingdon and caters for students aged between 4-19 years old with Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The school is very small and has around 210 students therefore, classsizes vary from 8-10 pupils along with 2 teaching assistants in class. This school has good transport links and on-site parking available.
