**The Role - Behaviour Mentor
**For this role, I am actively looking for a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to work in a SEN school alongside students who have Special Educational Needs. The role will require you to build a rapport with the students by providing academicand emotional support. This role may require working on a 1:1 basis. Due to the students' needs, the ideal Behaviour Mentor will need to have experience working with children or young people who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum and may exhibitchallenging behaviour. This role requires a full-time commitment on a long-term basis.
**SEN School - Behaviour Mentor
**This SEN school is located in Ickenham, Uxbridge and caters to students between the ages of 4-19 who have Special Educational Needs such as Autism, Sensory and Physical Needs. They currently have 152 students who attend the school as well as an Ofstedrating of 'Good' from their last inspection in January 2018.
