**The Role - Behaviour Mentor
**For this role, I am actively recruiting for a hard-working and resilient Behaviour Mentor to work 1:1 with a student who has been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum and has challenging behaviour. The role will require you to work closely with the student,building a rapport with them by providing both academic and emotional support. You will also need to encourage the student to be independent and take a proactive approach to their learning. Due to the students' needs, the ideal Behaviour Mentor will need tohave experience working with children or young people who have SEN such as Autism, Complex Needs and challenging behaviour. This role requires a long-term commitment on a full-time basis.
**ASD School - Behaviour Mentor
**This thriving ASD school is located in Hillingdon, Uxbridge and caters for students aged between 4-19 years old with Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The school is very small and has around 210 students therefore, classsizes vary from 8-10 pupils along with 2 teaching assistants in class. This school has good transport links and on-site parking available.
