Behaviour Mentor (Full‑time/Part‑time) Location: Wakefield (WF4), West Yorkshire, UK TipTopJob, in partnership with Reeson Education, is seeking a driven and dependable Behaviour Mentor to work in a focused, structured school environment. The role requires judgement, resilience and clear communication to have a direct impact on pupil behaviour and learning. Key Responsibilities Deliver targeted one‑to‑one and small‑group guidance to help pupils stay focused and manage challenges. Support pupils to remain on task through structured activities and planned interventions. Apply behaviour management strategies that build self‑control, resilience and constructive decision‑making. Record essential information and share progress updates with staff. Coordinate with teachers, families and external agencies as required. To Succeed Experience in a school, SEMH, youth work or a similar structured setting. Strong communication skills and confidence in working with behaviour plans. A steady, consistent approach to handling challenging situations. A proactive, independent working style and reliability. Willingness to hold an enhanced DBS on the updated service or obtain one via Reeson Education. Benefits Competitive daily rate of £90‑£120 (based on experience).
