We are currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at our Pupil Referral Unit (PRU). As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support with their behaviour, helping them to develop positive attitudes and social skills that will enable them to achieve their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with identified students to provide them with mentoring and coaching to support them in managing their behaviour and social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to develop and deliver personalised support plans for students, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.
- Liaise with parents, carers, and other agencies to ensure that students receive appropriate support both in and out of school, building positive relationships and a strong support network.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interventions, progress and outcomes, celebrating successes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the overall ethos, work, and aims of the PRU, creating a positive and uplifting environment where students can thrive.

**Do you have the following?**
- Proven successful experience working with or caring for children or young people with mental health challenges.
- Patience and positive nature to support students with challenging behaviour.
- Enhanced DBS.
