Within our Blenheim Group, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team, who specialise in providing a high level of service to our clients across Architecture, Bespoke Developments, Interior Design & Estate Agency throughout Sheffield, Yorkshire and Derbyshire.

Due to a growing team within our Bespoke Developments branch at Blenheim, we are looking for a new highly motivated, friendly, organised and long-term dedicated team member to join us as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

Location: Head Office, Millhouses, Sheffield

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am whilst 5:30pm.

Although additional hours could be scheduled depending on the work day and company commitments.

Competitive Salary, negotiable depending on experience.

- A passion for Interior Design is preferable._

**The Role & Responsibilities**
- This role means working directly with the MD of the company to be their right-hand person - assisting in project management, interior design, organisation of meetings, management of working sites and project orders
- Diary & time management is key
- Invoicing and admin
- Within this role, you will work closely with all Site Managers and Site Teams and will also need to work well with our Architects and Buying teams
- Good communication is a must, in order to relay information correctly and speedily between all of the teams
- Site management including materials and deliveries
- Working closely with each client to understand their individual requirements and expectations
- You will work with the MD to create mood boards to present to clients for all interior design projects
- You will be responsible for placing orders for products and materials required for each site in conjunction with the directors
