Director's Personal Assistant and Administrator

Working Tuesday's & Thursday's --The Applicant will provide high level support to the Director **and **the key members of his team to ensure the efficient running of this property company group and the maintenance of all records specifically relating to Certificates and new tenancies etc and to organize and collate all records for the Accountants
The Applicant, will from time to time be required to work using his/her own initiative and to make decisions to ensure that the Company’s objectives are delivered -He / she must therefore have excellent interpersonal skills with extensive experience of working with Contractors and Tenants within this sector, built up over a number of years and also be able to show very good computer skills (particularly with Microsoft Excel) and in Report Writing.
Key Skills - Thoroughness --An enquiring mind; therefore showing a conscientious and committed approach to the work always projecting very strong interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing
**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and his key colleagues, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Excel, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain organized records and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
- Handle phone communications with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and enhance productivity.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
