We are looking for a confident, hard-working, and passionate individual to be the assistant to our Managing Director. The job role is very varied, and no two days will be the same. The successful applicant will be involved in helping with almost every area of the business. We are looking for someone who can keep on top of the multiple projects and tasks which we are involved with. This is an interesting and demanding role which requires great work ethic and attention to detail. The successful applicant will need to be on-the-ball and highly motivated with great self-management skills. We are looking to find somebody very keen to further themselves and progress their career.
**The Successful Applicant**
We are looking for someone with the following qualities.
A successful applicant for this role must be/have:
- Previous experience in a PA role, or has a strong understanding with how to provide PA duties to senior level executives
- The ability to manage their own workload, as well as organise the director’s day to day duties
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable English and writing skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong time management skills
- Competent with tech
- Excellent patience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great teamwork skills
- Competency with Excel and Microsoft office skills
- Approachable and professional for calls and meetings with potential high value clients
- Ability to drive is helpful for running errands
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills to take on this challenging but exciting role of providing assistance to our director. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop and progress their skills and careers. At Cloud9 Fulfilment we have a great opportunity for progression within our business and we often promote within when leadership or management roles arise, rather than outsourcing our promotions.
**Key duties for the role**:
- Manage the two director’s separate day to day calendars
- Answer incoming phone calls and take notes/messages where appropriate
- Updating the two directors’ calendars
- Monitor both the two directors’ inboxes
- Administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, packaging, and organisation
- Taking meeting minutes
- Processing returns and refunds, booking travel and accommodation when necessary
- Project management
- Proof reading to a very high standard
- Using software to keep up to date profiles on all customers we have within the facility, regularly updating the pricing, shipping, and info to match their current contracts
- Keep the directors on top of their priorities
- Running occasional errands

**Job Information**:
- Contract length: Permanent
- Full-time hours: 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri 8:30-5
- Salary: £10.00 to £11.00 per hour dependent on experience, regular career progression reviews
