**Monday to Friday 09;30-18:30 hrs / 09;00-18:00 hrs**

**Salary 22k - 25K**

Customs Clearance Operators will be responsible for completing the full customs declaration process. This will include liaising with internal and external stakeholder to obtain relevant information for HMRC Customs declarations. Training will be provided by the Customs Supervisors to ensure progression and growth within the company.

**Duties to include**
- Completing both import and export customs declarations in a busy customs clearance department.
- Collecting relevant information from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting the compliance team with customs audits, amendments and other duties.
- Ensure a high standard of work to maintain good levels of customer service and compliance.
- Undergo continuous training in order to stay up to date with the changing environment of UK customs.
- Liaising with customers to assist with customs related questions and queries.
- Invoicing of brokerage files through our in-house system.
- Good planning and organisational skills, including a high level of accuracy.
- Customer service & communication skills essentials.
- IT knowledge including Microsoft Office is required.

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
