An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Port Services team based in Southampton to join us as a **Port Services Coordinator.**

**The Role**

As a Port Services Coordinator you will be responsible for acting as the friendly and informative face of our team to our suppliers, port agents and other service providers. Working as part of our team you’ll also:

- Validate port cost invoices and ensure timely payments are made.
- Compare forecast figures against actual expenditure and investigate any variances.
- Respond to queries from port agents, service providers and colleagues within Carnival.
- Update logs and records, and provide updates to colleagues where needed.

**About You**

To be a successful Port Services Coordinator you will need to demonstrate:

- Experience of clear communication with both internal and external contacts
- Confidence working with accounts databases or similar systems.
- Basic MS Excel proficiency
