Line Manager: Property Helpdesk Manager
**Core Accountabilities**
- Pro-active management of all administrative requirements of the Property Team and the Property Helpdesk Manager:
- Understanding needs and anticipating outcomes.
- Problem solving and addressing issues.
- Handling and resolving, external and internal enquiries via a Helpdesk function.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Production of briefing documents, reports and presentations
- Assisting the Property Team with managing repairs & maintenance, investment projects and compliance, by use of our CAFM system Ostara
- Communication to supplier/contractors on delivery of service
- Help develop the future management of the property team with the development of systems and processes in line with industry standards.
- Investigating escalated pub specific issues providing supporting data, suggested solutions and where appropriate drafting proposed responses.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that all property related issues are dealt with in a timely manner and escalated as appropriate.
- Assist your line manager in any other projects as directed.
**Key Skills**
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Ability to use IT systems and knowledge of CAFM systems (Desirable)
- Well established customer service skills and experience
- Ability to manage demanding internal and external customers.
- Clear verbal communication skills in a professional and engaging manner
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships.
