The Company

We are now looking for two Lettings Co-ordinators to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Lettings Co-ordinator, you will act as our first point of contact for lettings customers, responding to all incoming enquiries and carrying out a range of administrative duties.

Taking responsibility for admin and diary management, you will ensure that appropriate documents are available for client meetings, contract signings and key collections.

Supporting the move-in process, you will ensure all systems are up to date regarding key management and property security.

What we’re looking for

We want a Lettings Co-ordinator who puts the customer first. An individual who will put the needs of our lettings clients first and foremost and has experience within a fast-paced customer service or administrative environment.

With excellent IT skills, we need someone who is confident in the use of Microsoft packages, including a range of internal systems.

You will be a brilliant communicator. We’re looking for someone who can accurately complete administrative tasks and clearly communicate clearly with our clients with excellent grammar and spelling.
