Warehouse Team Manager - Leading UK FMCG Business - Opportunity For Progression

**Client Details**

Page Personnel Logistics have exclusively partnered with an exciting new client who are a Leading UK business, supporting their search for a few Warehouse Team Managers, operating one of their key sites in the UK.

They are an easily recognisable, innovative, and rapidly growing company who are dominating their market space.

**Description**

The Warehouse Team Manager role will require the individual to:

- Report to the Operations Manager.
- Manage direct reports of up to 20 people inclusive of team leaders and operatives.
- Oversee the teams Operations through the effective use of process management.
- Monitor performance, time keeping, overtime and sickness levels of individual team members and report to the Operations Manager on a regular basis
- Ensuring high standards of customer service throughout all areas of responsibility.
- The implementation and maintenance of Depot hygiene Operations.
- Maintain high levels of security within all areas of responsibility.
- Manage staff performance via implementation and supervision of PBR schemes.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are reviewed and followed at all times
- Commutable to Bedfordshire.

**Profile**
- A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - Essential
- Have a strong background in Warehousing - Essential
- Worked in a FMCG business / Fast paced environment previously - Desirable
- A minimum of 3+ years Logistics experience at Team Leader/ First Line Manager/ Team Manager level previously - Essential
- Have managed up to 20 people previously - Essential
- IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications - Advantageous
- Lead all things H+S, driving and improving the on-site culture - Essential
- Be keen to self-develop their team and themselves - Essential
- Be able to adapt quickly / be reactive, and manage under pressure - Essential
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Be commutable to Bedfordshire.

**Job Offer**
