Robert Kime Limited are looking to hire an enthusiastic new member of our Marlborough team who will help process all UK orders. This role is based in Marlborough at our Head Office with a small and friendly team.

**General Responsibilities**
- Receiving and processing all UK orders and queries.
- Maintaining ownership of orders with ongoing queries.
- Supporting our London showroom with client order queries including converting estimates and quotations into orders.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- Working with Product Team Leads to ensure the delivery of client expectations and lead times.
- Entering Sales Orders.
You will be required to work alongside our other UK administrator and help support workload including but not limited to;
- Issuing Pro forma Invoices and invoices to clients.
- Raising Purchase Orders to suppliers.
- Booking in stock on arrival.
- Quality control on incoming stock.
- Stock regulation and supplier invoicing.
- Work alongside accounts to help credit control with clients.
- Create and update product records when required.
You may be required to cover other roles in the business during busy periods.

**Skills Required**:

- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work discreetly and confidentially with clients
- Proficient in the use of Apple and Microsoft Programmes, including Excel and Word
- Adaptability with new systems. In-house training will be given on our new Inventory and Sales System.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of stock control and experience with products and components.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the need to work to tight deadlines when necessary.
