A Global, client-facing investment firm has a fantastic opportunity for a bright, focused, and ambitious individual.
You will be joining as a Junior Team Coordinator who is keen to work in a highly organised role in a high-expectation and dynamic environment.
If you have 6 months to years of experience as a Coordinator, Team Assistant and are focusing on developing your secretarial career within a world-leading global investment firm, this could be the perfect role for you
In their roadshow department, you will be an individual who enjoys a team environment. Initially supporting a team, you can develop and hone your skills to eventually become a flawless Coordinator or Assistant.
To thrive in this role you will be looking for a corporate environment, will be confident, and proactive, thrive under pressure and enjoy a challenge. You will be well-presented and client-facing in your communication style.
- You will be responsible for, but not limited to:_
- Diary management, meeting arrangements and conference calls, all over time zones.- Coordinate all logistics, flights, hotels, transfers, visas- Arranging and attending group meetings- Calendar invites to the investment team- Coordinating virtual meetingsThe successful Coordinator/Assistant must have a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in investment, consultancy, or in a fast-paced corporate environment is crucial to be successful in this role.
6 months ongoing assignment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your secretarial and coordination skills further, but also be exposed to an international firm. This is a Junior Team Coordinator role that will provide full training and ample amount of opportunities for growth and development.
