Senior Services Sales Lead

Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.
Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
5-8 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction. Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.

Within our International Consulting organization, the recently created International Consulting Sales team is responsible for bringing together the needs of sales and consulting throughout the entirety of the sales process and through the transition into delivery. The International Consulting Sales team will work collaboratively across the globe to create consistency across processes while working closely with our sales team and clients to provide the right strategic approach for their future implementations. There are many opportunities to bring new and innovative thinking to how our internal teams work together and with our clients to achieve the best outcome such as driving processes to create global standardization in consulting sales. Working across multiple markets and regions to provide guidance on new solutions/offerings within the market through the sales process. Ensuring Value Outcomes are clear and a guiding light in sales conversations. Creating strategies to support client advancement through optimization. Bring vision to the future needs of consulting through understanding where clients are at today and where they will need to go next.
As a Senior Services Sales Lead, you will play a key role in supporting consulting sales across international professional services. You will be tasked with developing and managing a holistic approach to the client consulting relationship, including sales, implementation strategy and integration with Oracle Cerner. You will have the opportunity to work in a global team supporting various regions as business need requires. This will range from large tender responses to new clients through to optimization conversations with existing clients leveraging solution knowledge, market knowledge with value-driven outcomes in mind.
