As part of the Eurex Sales team, you will play a key role in driving client engagement and revenue growth across a broad range of asset classes, including equity index derivatives, repo, fixed income, and OTC interest rate derivatives. This sales role is focused on building and deepening strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with Eurex’s trading and clearing capabilities.
You will report to the Head of Sales EMEA.
Own and grow a portfolio of key institutional clients across asset classes, with a focus on volume and revenue generation and strategic relationship development
Identify client needs and market opportunities to drive adoption of Eurex’s trading and clearing services and lead client engagement across the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification to onboarding and ongoing relationship management
Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their strategic priorities and delivering tailored multi-asset class solutions that address client challenges and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring intel and feedback reaches key units and functions in sales, product development, risk, trading and clearing ops etc
University degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
~10+ years of experience in capital markets, with a strong track record in client-facing sales roles and a robust network with the sell-side (especially senior level relationships across global and local banks)
~ Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and deliver commercial outcomes
~ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
