Supply Chain Coordinator

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and digitalisation to achieve outstanding fulfilment of presold orders. You'll be responsible for the delivery of the end to end presell / allocation and wholesale process.
You will provide volume forecasts to Supply Chain colleagues and analyse and track performance, providing visibility for the business and our customers.
**What you'll do**:
- Drive business value through digitalisation and process optimisation.
- Develop and implement strategies across cross functional teams to ensure the successful execution of process optimization initiatives, including effective change management practices.
- Ensure smooth execution of activity, taking responsibility to engage and collaborate with stakeholders to drive compliance to deadlines and deliver tasks right first time.
- Work with key account managers to procure stock for our wholesale partners, collaborating with other functions to secure pricing, stock, picking and on time delivery of product.
- Provide regular reporting and insight to the business on key KPI’s.
- Responsible for presell / allocation forecasting across all retail and franchise facias, working with the supply chain teams to ensure stock is available.
- Work with the retailer communications team to provide updates to our colleagues and customers on availability issues.
- Any other duties as directed by the Supply Chain Manager.
**What we're looking for from you**:
- Experience of working in a retail or an operational environment is essential.
- Experience in supply chain would be preferable but not essential.
- A confident, driven and enthusiastic person with strong attention to detail and who has the ability to work under pressure in a fast
- paced environment
- Exceptional influencing skills and experience in leading colleagues cross functionally and at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good planning and prioritisation skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be confident in Microsoft Office with strong and well-practised Excel skills including the use of Pivot Tables, V look-ups etc.
- Some knowledge of database language skills is preferred but not essential.
