Due to our phenomenal growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Supply Chain Coordinator **to join our team based in York. In this role, you’ll lead a small team to ensure our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Your Role**:

- Lead a team of two dynamic Supply Chain Administrators, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Manage purchase orders, ensuring stock levels are well-maintained and aligned with demand.
- Collaborate daily with suppliers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Work closely with freight forwarders and customs agents to negotiate competitive rates.
- Monitor stock levels, keeping everything on track and flagging any potential issues.
- Coordinate shipments to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
- Address any stock concerns with warehouses, ensuring any issues are resolved swiftly.
- Support team members' development and ensure they thrive in their roles.

- Experience in supply chain coordination (a plus but not essential).

**Working Hours**: Full-time, with flexibility to start between 8:00 am and 9:30 am and finish between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm (37.5 hours per week).

**Location**: You’ll be based at our modern offices in York. Having your own transport is essential.
