What will you do?
Joining Nestlé's Supply Chain Graduate Scheme will see you rotate across three varied job placements throughout the 2-year scheme. These rotations will allow you to work across a range of different settings from our factories, distribution centres to our head office locations. During the scheme you will work across our fantastic product portfolio which could see you work with some of our iconic brands - think KitKat, Nescafé, Purina and more

We carefully design our graduate scheme to give you the very best exposure to our fantastic supply chain operation, coupled with a structured development program that reflects our passion to develop your career Our end-to-end supply chain is seen as world class allowing you to develop your knowledge and learn from industry experts.

We are continuously exploring and implementing initiatives that help drive sustainability throughout our entire supply chain, and you could play a part in this too. Whether you're managing raw material supply, negotiating supplier contracts or collaborating with the nation's largest retailers to forecast sales for our renowned brands, this scheme will provide you with a real breadth of opportunities, empowering you to grow a fantastic supply chain career.

Eligibility Requirements
You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.

You'll need to have a degree - this can be in any subject and at any grade. You'll need to be mobile across the UK throughout the duration of the scheme as you could be placed at different factory placements during the 2 years. What's also important is your commitment to the scheme and your willingness to learn.

The recruitment journey
After you click "apply" you'll be prompted to answer a few questions to determine your eligibility for the scheme. If you qualify, we will invite you to complete an online assessment, which you can practice here. Please do not upload a CV, instead we ask you to upload any relevant qualifications to support your application.

Once you have completed this stage, we will notify you if you are selected to attend an assessment day which will be in February or March 2026. It may take a little bit of time between assessment stages to get back to you; we really appreciate your patience.
