Objectives/Purpose of RoleTo deliver a great guest experience and work well with the team to ensure every hotel guest has a great breakfast experience, delivered to full brand standards therefore creating a comfortable and welcoming environment with a key aim of ensuring our guests have a great end to their stay, revisit and recommend us.

Responsibilities& DutiesOur team deliver excellent guest service, at all times by:
**Being in full uniform, ready and waiting for our guests from 7am (8am at weekends)**

**Printing and using the breakfast report to assist with guest requirements and pre-paid breakfast items**

**Ensuring the drinks station is clean, fully stocked and laid to full Innkeepers spec prior to opening and re-stocking accordingly**

**Giving every guest a friendly welcome as they enter for breakfast**

**Explaining the service cycle to our guests**

**Taking orders andpayments for cooked breakfast items**

**Ensuring all cooked items are served efficiently to full specification**

**Checking to ensure our guests are enjoying their breakfast**

**Engaging in appropriate conversation with our guests and ensure they have had a great stay**

**Being able to assist guests and answer any questions they may have (i.e. about the local area) and remembering regular visitors**

**Printing and providing guests with VAT receipts for their stay when requested**

**Giving every guest a genuine farewell**

**Taking pride in the breakfast area to ensure tables are cleared quickly and the area is kept clean & tidy**

**Communicating and working well with the kitchen, hotel and broader team in the business**

**Maintaining personal knowledge by completing in house and online training on Mable**

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: £9.00-£10.50 per hour
