and drink brands under one roof. The concept designed by the Sessions Market team has undergone
a complete refurbishment to provide locals and tourists with the full dining and entertainment
experience. One of Shelter Hall’s core values is that it prides itself on supporting local and working
alongside nearby businesses and suppliers, so all food and drink is locally sourced wherever
possible.

**Hosting Staff**

Full and part time roles available
We are looking for a Host or Hostess to join our new team and be the first point of contact for guests.
Our department will be key in offering a warm and friendly first impression to customers and will be
recognised for their quality service as well as always willing to go the extra mile to assist our guests.
They will thrive under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Our Host team member will be friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable to all. Teamwork will be at
the forefront of their thinking, always wanting to assist each other, as well as other members of the
team

Our Host team member will embody the values of Shelter Hall and be excited about helping to make
positive changes to the hospitality industry by keeping these values in mind.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing quality customer service
- Welcoming guests to the venue
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor bookings
- Manage reservations
- Escort customers to assigned dining areas
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Assisting floor team when needed

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Friendly personality and positive attitude
- Ability to work in high pressure situations
- Highly organised and effective at managing their own time
- Strong desire to develop and grow
- Team focused mentality
- Confidence working in a face paced environment.
- Proven experience in a high-volume hospitality environment would be advantageous.
- Right to work in the UK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £10.90 per hour
