We are a team of around 400 people and combine our Newcastle upon Tyne and London operations with a local presence around the English coastline in Brixham, Beverley, Harwich, Hastings, Lowestoft, North Shields, Hayle, Plymouth, Poole, Portsmouth, Preston, Scarborough, Shoreham, Whitehaven.

We also have colleagues based in Defra offices, including Bristol, Cambridge and York where we share office space.

**Job description**

To provide a wide and complex range of business support across MMO service delivery functions. This includes financial and performance analysis for a suite of established meetings and products to support Marine Licensing; as well as the development of a new support function to enable Global Marine Team deliver across a number of global work programmes. This role offers an opportunity to deliver and influence a wide range of strands including finance business partnering, policy development, reporting to ELT and facilitating the resolution of new business considerations across the MMO, Defra and wider delivery partners.
