We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to support the Chief Executive and Head of the CEO's Office. The role involves managing and improving reporting systems, drafting briefings, coordinating communications, and providing timely management information. You will oversee internal and external communications, support governance and budget management, line manage the Executive Office Coordinator, and ensure the smooth running of the CEO's Office. It offers the opportunity to build on existing strengths in organisation, stakeholder engagement, and operational support, while gaining exposure to governance, reporting, and leadership-level decision-making.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of five years' experience as Executive Assistant or office management within a complex organisation, including proven line management experience. 18pm, Monday to Friday.
