Project Support Administrator

**Purpose of the Role**:
You'll play a crucial role in empowering our project managers by gathering essential information on our valued customers, ensuring the seamless and timely completion of their cases. Be a part of a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and proactive approach will make a significant impact.
**As a Project Support Administrator you will be responsible for**:
- Supporting the Project Managers with preliminary reviews of CDD letters and outreach:
- English comprehension - ensuring professionalism throughout.
- Sense check the letters with the information already collated so there is no overlapping.
- Gathering and analysis of data to enable CDD PM’s to contact customers with outstanding entity information in a timely manner.
- Monitoring of Trackers and customer folders to ensure items aren’t missed and all information is kept up to date.
- Saving down of information received by customers and any administration requirements to ensure smooth transition of data.
- Managing the team mailbox, ensuring all enquiries are acted on and sent to the relevant personnel.
- Linking in with CDD PM’s throughout the day to be on top of any administration tasks that need to be done.
- Strong administration skills.
- Previous experience of working within a team environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel and Mailbox.
- Experience of working in fast-paced environments.
