**Depaul UK** have an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to join one of our teams as their **Project Support Administrator**across our regional offices based in**Manchester.**You will join us on a **part time
- permenant basis**and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary £21,840 per annum.**
Depaul UK is one of the UK largest youth homelessness charities and we support those who have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness.

**The Project Support Administrator role**:
We have a new job opportunity for an interested individual to join our team of professionals delivering a holistic, innovative homelessness prevention service to young people at risk of homelessness in Manchester, Salford and Bolton.

You will join the team as Project Support Administrator and act as an integral part of the team in ensuring the successful delivery of the Pathfinder project in Greater Manchester.

Using relevant project administration experience, you will provide day to day support to team members around the collection and recording of information about our clients and services.

You will ensure that the team is confident in using our Salesforce-based CRM system In-Form and that the data collected accurately reflects the person-centred support we provide to our clients.

As this job requires working with young people who are at risk of being homeless, you will work other team members to provide support and advice to young in issues relating to housing, employment, benefits, meaningful activities (incl. education or otherstructured activity).

**To be successful in our Project Support Administrator role you must have**:

- Experience of using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Knowledge of Data Protection and confidentiality, and the implications of both within the working environment
- Knowledge and understanding on the causes of homelessness amongst young people and the barriers they face
- An understanding of and commitment to working in a strengths-based way
