Distribution Administrator

Project Kitchens is a fast growing and dynamic business supplying luxury German kitchens to the contract sector. We require a full-time Administrator to join our Distribution team.

You will be primarily responsible for supporting the Distribution Manager in administrative duties. Working out of our distribution centres in Trafford Park this is a lively and multi-tasking role for an individual with a keen eye for detail, good computer skills and a willingness to learn. Your duties will include;
- Producing delivery notes and keeping control of POD’s
- Booking in deliveries and inputting onto our system
- Checking and maintaining FORS accreditation records
- Maintaining vehicle records and booking vehicle servicing
- Keeping stock spreadsheets up to date
- Working closely with the Distribution Manager regarding delivery requirements
- Filing
- Other ad-hoc administration duties for example ordering stationery, preparing KPI reports

You will have/be:

- Full, clean UK driving license
- Great communication skills
- A good team player
- Organised and efficient
- A positive attitude
- Experience in a distribution environment would be beneficial but not essential

Standard hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

**Salary**: £20-£25k dependent on experience
