Chatham - Hybrid working 1-2 days a week WFH
Duties Include
- Ensure the HR database is maintained and up to date with employee information
- Support the Head of HR in meetings by taking minutes and writing them up
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Support with any HR projects
- Support the delivery of training
- Provide low-level support on any HR queries
- Assist with the provision of payroll
- Other duties when required
Competencies Required
- Experience in an administrative role
- CIPD Level 3 or above, or happy to study it if placed
- Have great attention to detail
- Determined to succeed and thrive in a fast paced and detail oriented environment
- Eager to complete tasks
- Good computer literacy (Excel/Word etc.)
- Good flexibility
