Due to Growth of the Trust our Central Team at The Howard Academy Trust are delighted to be seeking a HR Apprentice. The HR Team acts on behalf of the Trust to manage all HR and compliance for our schools.
This is a full time (37 hours per week), all year round, fixed term position (18-24 months), paid on the Apprentice Minimum Wage.
In this role, you will be required to provide confidential administrative to enure the smooth running of the HR function. This includes comprehensive HR support to the schools, onboarding/offboarding, administration of benefits, and payroll. If you're a highly-skilled, forward-thinking team player, then we're keen to hear from you
