Digital Tonic are thrilled to be working with a leading B2B Tech company as they search for an experienced Demand Generation Specialist. The office is based in Bristol but this can be either hybrid or a fully remote role. With their product targeting theeComm sector you could come from either a Performance Marketing background from an eComm brand, or from a Lead/Demand Generation background for a B2B business.

You will be well versed in the sales cycle and will be used to delivering on KPIs and metrics. You will be highly analytical, with an ability to understand data, trends, and to use this to inform future campaign decisions. You must have some experience ofworking within biddable media and using this to drive results and positive ROI. Experience in driving traffic, customer acquisition, or lead generation would all be highly advantageous for this role.

**What experience we're looking for**
- Previous experience across performance marketing, specifically PPC
- Ability to build PPC campaigns yourself
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and how to build demand
- Either good B2B Tech or eCommerce experience
- Self driven with ambition to build a function from the ground up
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly analytical with an ability to digest data to inform future decisions

**How you'll be rewarded for your experience**
